Mike Rafi

Chief Executive Officer
Mike joined Fabcon as CEO in July of 2020 and is a member of the Fabcon board of directors. Mike comes to Fabcon with a wealth of industry expertise having served in senior leadership positions over the past 20 years at both Oshkosh Corporation and most recently as CEO of Contech Engineered Solutions prior to its sale to Quikrete. Mike received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a J.D. from Catholic University and received a B.A. from Loyola University of Maryland.
Brian Moody

Chief Financial Officer
Brian joined Fabcon as CFO in July of 2021 after working with the leadership team since August of 2018, when Solace Capital Partners acquired their interest in Fabcon. Over the last 20 years, he has worked as Operating Partner at Solace Capital and Platinum Equity, has held the positions of CFO and COO at multiple companies and managed the integration of more than a dozen companies. He also spent 13 years working in public accounting and consulting, focusing on audit, diligence support, and integration management. Brian received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
Kim Capel

VP of Technical Services
Kim joined Fabcon in January of 2014 as Director of Information Technology. She brought global experience in IT leadership, strategic management and process improvement, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. She assumed her current role as VP of Technical Services in August of 2016. Kim holds B.A. degrees from both Luther College and Dana College.
Dave Stanton

VP of Construction
Dave started his career with Fabcon in July of 2014 as an Assistant Sales Engineer. Over the past seven years he has been promoted to positions of Sales Engineer, Regional Sales Manager and VP of Sales & Marketing. He assumed the position as VP of Construction in June of 2022. Dave graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Construction Systems Management. Following graduation, he started with Turner Construction and was introduced to Fabcon’s turnkey approach when Turner incorporated Fabcon panels on the last project he managed before joining the team.
Harv Shelton

VP of Manufacturing
Harv joined Fabcon in March of 2022 as VP of Manufacturing. Harv comes to Fabcon with significant experience leading Lean/Continuous Improvement transformations and over 30 years of manufacturing leadership experience, including specific experience with concrete building products at Oldcastle Precast, James Hardie, and Boral Roofing. He received an MBA from the Mason School of Business at William and Mary and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rice University.
Mitch Udany

VP of Human Resources
Mitch joined Fabcon in November of 2022 as VP of Human Resources. Prior to joining Fabcon, Mitch served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Morton Salt, and has over 20 years of experience leading Human Resources teams in manufacturing environments, including Consumer Packaged Goods, Mining and Metals and Building Materials. Mitch holds a B.A. in Spanish from Arizona State University and an M.A. in Human Resources Management from Ottawa University.
Jeff Gilkinson

EVP of Commercial Operations
Jeff became part of Fabcon as Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations in April 2024. With a background as CEO of Auveco, LLC and President of the Contech Pipe segment, he has vast experience in overseeing large-scale operations, including precast and concrete manufacturers nationwide. Jeff holds an engineering degree from Cornell University, obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) license, and earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
