Dan joined Fabcon as General Counsel in 2023, bringing a wide range of experience in the construction industry. He previously served as General Counsel for Doran Companies, which offered real estate development, architecture, general contracting and property management services. Prior to moving in-house, his practice focused on complex litigation in jurisdictions across the country. Dan received a J.D. from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. from Williams College.
