Fabcon is pleased to announce the following staff addition that took place in August:

Benjamin Andrew – Director of Continuous Improvement (MN)

Fabcon is excited to welcome Benjamin Andrew to the Fabcon team as our Director of Continuous Improvement. Benjamin joins Fabcon with over a decade of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) with a variety of manufacturing operations. Most recently, he worked as a Lead Consultant guiding manufacturing companies across the country to deploy CI initiatives.

Benjamin holds an MBA from Hamline University and recently completed a Master of Divinity degree at Bethel University. He previously served eight years as a Surface Warfare Officer in the Navy, serving on ships out of Norfolk, VA, and Bremerton, WA as well as other duty stations.
