Fabcon is excited to announce the promotion of Jason Hensley to Director of Research and Development. Jason has been with Fabcon for over 19 years. He has worked in numerous areas of the company, including Quality, R&D and Plant Operations.
Paul Schreifels has been promoted to the position of R&D Project Manager. Paul has been with Fabcon for 11 years. Most of his time here has been spent with Supply Chain.
Ryan Morrissey has been promoted to IT Network Administrator. Ryan has been with Fabcon for over a year as our IT Systems Administrator.
William McKinney has been promoted to the position of Manufacturing Engineer. Will started his career at Fabcon as a summer intern in 2018. In August 2018, Will accepted a permanent position as a Production Supervisor at our Savage, MN plant. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering from the Indiana Institute of Technology. In his free time, he enjoys working on cars and fishing.
Fabcon is excited to welcome Heath Waddell to the Fabcon team as our Director of Plant Operations in Kansas. Heath comes to Fabcon with 20 years of experience in construction materials. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of Memphis and served in the United States Army as a Russian linguist at Field Station Berlin. Most recently, he was the Director of Sales, Marketing and Aggregate Site Operations with Milestone Materials.
Bruce Kent joins Fabcon as our new Director of Plant Operations in Minnesota. Bruce comes to Fabcon with over 23 years of experience in operations. Most recently, he worked as a plant manager for FAST Global Solutions. Bruce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University and is a licensed private pilot. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, fishing, golf, and some travel.
Matt Guetzkow joins the Fabcon team as a QA Supervisor in Minnesota. He has ten years of experience in retail management and a degree in HVAC. In his free time, Matt enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting and competing across the Midwest with his BBQ team.
Steven All joins Fabcon as an Associate Project Manager in Ohio. Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Ohio State University.
Seth Rudnitsky joins Fabcon as a Contract Administrator. Seth recently graduated from Penn State Law and is a licensed attorney. In his free time, he enjoys playing hockey, watching sports, and exploring the Twin Cities food scene.
