George Miks – Chief Engineer (MN)

Jeremiah Holsinger – Yard Supervisor (OH)
Dan Burns – Assistant Sales Engineer (PA)
Robin Streitenberger – Recruiter (OH)
Kevin Gerace – Manufacturing Engineer (PA)
FABCON is excited to announce the promotion of George Miks to Chief Engineer. This position will solely focus on the technical aspect of Fabcon’s design and our processes to meet those design requirements. George has been with Fabcon since 1994 and has held multiple roles within the company, his most recent position being the Director of Engineering.
Michelle Peterson has been promoted to the position of Manager of Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for the staffing processes at Fabcon. In her new role, Michelle’s focus will be on improving the overall staffing processes at Fabcon to make sure we have the right people at the right time.
John Lyback has been promoted to the position of Manager of Project Management (MPM) in Ohio. John has done an outstanding job as the MPM in Pennsylvania and we can’t wait for his expertise and leadership in Ohio!
We are also pleased to announce the promotion of Joe Scafidi to General Superintendent of our Field Operations in Pennsylvania. Joe has been with Fabcon since 2011. This new position will lead our Field Operations in the Northeast and help prepare us for our projected growth and expansion.
Jeremiah Holsinger has been promoted to the position of Yard Supervisor in Ohio. Jeremiah has been with Fabcon since 2010 and has worked in several departments, including casting, inventory, yard, and production. Most recently, Jeremiah has been working as a Foreman in the Widebed production area.
Fabcon welcomed Dan Burns to the Fabcon team as our newest Assistant Sales Engineer in Pennsylvania. Dan graduated from Drexel University and previously worked as a Major Account Exec with Aramark Uniform Services, an Account Executive with Vistacom and a Branch Manager with Hertz. He is an avid guitar player, enjoys time with his dog, Kima, and is an avid Flyers fan. Dan and his girlfriend welcomed their first child, Dean, this year.
Robin Streitenberger also joins Fabcon as a Recruiter located at the Ohio plant. Robin is a big sports fan: her favorite college team is Alabama and her favorite baseball team is the Reds.
We also welcomed Kevin Gerace to Fabcon as our newest Manufacturing Engineer. Kevin is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He has been married to his wife, Diane, for 26 years and is the proud father of twin daughters, Erica and Maria. In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors. He especially enjoys hunting, fishing, and four-wheeling.
