We’re experts in the field of critical repairs and modifications to all kinds of commercial concrete structures, ranging from parking structures to schools, warehouses, office buildings, retail and more. Our mission is to assist you in keeping your facility looking and performing its best. Regardless of who built your structure or what you need to accomplish, W2E is the organization with the skills to get the job done.

Introducing FabCare

The most complete and comprehensive commercial building maintenance, repair and renovation program ever offered. FabCare is an all-in-one service offering for all types of commercial concrete buildings. With over 50 years in the commercial precast business, Fabcon W2E, along with our partners, use our knowledge and experience to provide solutions for all of your building’s needs. It all starts with identifying your needs and offering the appropriate services.

Our inspections include both the inside and outside walls of the building. We check for cracks, the condition of the caulking and for any other visible damage. We also inspect for drainage issues. The inside is inspected for leaks at the top of the wall and for cracks where the floor and walls meet. Once the inspection is completed, which includes a mapping of the entire building, a report is generated identifying areas of concern. The report also includes maintenance and repair recommendations. A proposal for completing the recommended work is sent separately.

Although concrete buildings and structures are engineered to perform for the long haul, neither accidents nor Mother Nature can be avoided forever. We have the know-how and experience to address cosmetic and structural concerns, regardless of who built your structure.

It’s not uncommon for concrete buildings to be repurposed — churches become car dealerships, warehouses become office buildings, schools become churches. W2E can help with the transition. Cutting a hole in a structural wall might sound straightforward. It’s not. Because precast panels are highly engineered, a window cannot simply be cut into them; doing so would compromise the structural integrity of the building and make for unsafe working conditions. Adding or removing dock doors, daylighting features, and man doors, for example, requires the skills of an engineer who understands the structural components of precast… and a cutting crew with surgical skills.

All buildings will require maintenance including concrete structures.  This includes cleaning, recaulking, efflorescence removal, crack repair and general building wear and tear.  W2E can provide all of your maintenance needs.

As the needs of your business change, what you require of your building might shift too. So, when additional doors, windows, or loading docks are required, it takes more than someone with a concrete saw. Adding (or removing) any kind of opening requires the expertise of an engineer who understands the structural components of your building…and a trained cutting crew with surgical skills.

Some projects will require engineering expertise, whether it’s repairing damage or making structural modifications.  W2E can provide a solution using our engineering team that ensures our customers have peace of mind.  No matter whether it’s a simple or complex project they should always be reviewed by an engineer to ensure they are done safely and efficiently to meet the design requirements of our customer
