FABCON Announces February Staff Additions and Promotions

FABCON is pleased to announce the following staff additions and promotions that took place in February:

Jared Bunn – Quality Manager (MN)

Keith McIntire – Corporate Quality Engineer (MN)

Robert Keenan – Assistant Sales Engineer (PA)

Danielle Matus – Senior Recruiter (OH)

David Cianciolo – Production Supervisor (OH)

David Eisenbrandt – Vice President of Manufacturing (MN)

Prudence Parry – Manager of Project Management (PA)

Jessica Tillman – Design Engineer (MN)

FABCON is excited to announce the promotion of Jared Bunn to Quality Manager at our Savage, MN Facility. Jared started his career at Fabcon in 2014 as a Night Shift Production Supervisor, followed by a year and a half as a Yard Manager. Jared has spent the last two years working as a Quality Supervisor. Jared is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Management. In his free time, Jared enjoys spending time with family and traveling to see extended family in Montana and Washington.

Keith McIntire has been promoted to the position of Corporate Quality Engineer. Keith started his career at Fabcon as an intern in May 2014 before being hired as a Manufacturing Engineer at our MN Plant in 2015. He holds a degree from South Dakota State University’s College of Engineering. Keith enjoys endurance sports and is currently preparing for his first 100K race! He is also working toward becoming a Certified Running Coach and likes to dabble in triathlons and obstacle course racing.

FABCON is excited to welcome Robert Keenan to our PA team as an Assistant Sales Engineer. Bob comes to Fabcon as a recent graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he received his Civil Engineering Degree. He was a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and was a member of the chapter’s concrete canoe team. In his free time, Bob enjoys outdoors activities such as hiking, camping, and fishing.

We also welcomed Danielle Matus to Fabcon as a Senior Recruiter. Danielle comes to us after nine years with a recruitment and staffing company. She attended the University of Toledo and enjoys running, cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, and traveling.

David Cianciolo also joins Fabcon as our new Production Supervisor in Ohio. David comes to us with 27 years of manufacturing experience which includes working his way from a laborer all the way up to a plant manager. He has a background in 5S, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. In his free time, David loves to golf, visit with his four children and nine grandchildren and spend time with his two dogs.

David Eisenbrandt joins Fabcon as our Vice President of Manufacturing. David most recently worked as a Global Director in Materials and Supply Chain at 3M in their Advanced Materials and Home Care Divisions and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He has a strong background in Lean Six Sigma and a record of delivering results in EH&S. In his free time, David enjoys being outdoors, cross-country skiing, and participating in Boy Scouts activities as a Scout Master.

Prudence Parry joins the Fabcon team as the new Manager of Project Management in PA. Prudence comes to us after 12 years with general contracting firm Shawmut Design & Construction in Boston and 10 years with The Jones Payne Group, a planning, and architecture firm. She attended the Boston Architectural College and Wentworth Institute of Technology. Prudence is a big advocate for land preservation and is actively involved in acquiring and preserving forest lands in Luzerne County for numerous organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, such as skiing, hiking, and sailing. 

Jessica Tillman joins Fabcon as our newest Design Engineer. Jessica is a recent graduate of North Dakota State University and loves our northern climate so much she is relocating from sunny California to the Twin Cities.

We are excited to welcome our new additions to the Fabcon team. Congratulations to all of our fabulous employees taking on new roles!
