Fabcon Announces April Staff Additions and Promotions

Fabcon New Hires

Fabcon is pleased to announce the following staff additions and promotions that took place in April:

Adam Leuthner – Project Manager (MN)

Robb Harrington – Sales Engineer (KS)

Richard Owens – Assistant Sales Engineer (KS)

Erik Schoenbeck – Senior Accounting Analyst (MN)

Rick DeBlois – Corporate Materials Manager (MN)

Fabcon is excited to announce the promotion of Adam Leuthner to Project Manager in Minnesota. Adam started his career at Fabcon in 1998 as a field laborer. Since then, Adam has held positions such as a foreman and Associate Project Manager. He holds a certificate in Construction Management from Dunwoody College of Technology, which he obtained in 2017 while working at Fabcon. In his free time, Adam enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife and four children.

Fabcon is excited to welcome Robb Harrington to the Fabcon team as a Sales Engineer in Kansas. Robb comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and 12 years of sales and marketing experience. In his spare time, Robb enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, golfing and cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs.

We also welcomed Richard Owens to the team as an Assistant Sales Engineer in Kansas. Prior to Fabcon, Richard held roles such as Sales Executive, Account Executive, and Direct Marketing Coordinator. He enjoys golf, reading the classics and writing short stories in his free time.

Erik Schoenbeck joins Fabcon as our new Senior Accounting Analyst. Over his career, Erik has worked as an Analyst III, a Senior Financial Analyst and a Budget Officer for various companies. Outside of work, he enjoys playing softball, cycling, golf, and spending time with his family and dog.

We also welcomed Rick DeBlois back to Fabcon as our Corporate Materials Manager. Rick joined the Fabcon team in 2016 as a Quality Manager. He holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota Duluth and has a background in Design of Experiments and using Lean Process Improvement tools.  Rick loves to travel with his wife and spend time with family and friends. In his spare time, he enjoys officiating high school football and basketball, playing golf, fishing, and hunting.

We are excited to welcome our newest additions to the Fabcon team and congratulations Adam on the new role!
