Nomination excerpt – Jacob Calvin, Customer Satisfaction award winner: “Jacob’s strong work ethic, compassion for protecting people, and his professionalism in performing his job have not only helped us as Fabcon be successful with our external customers but his efforts have also done a lot to help us win in safety with our internal customers (employees). Fabcon KS has had only 1 recordable injury in 2019 which is a remarkable improvement vs. prior years and employee proactive engagement in Safety is improving daily.”

Nomination excerpt – Randy Martin, Always Finding A Better Way award winner: “Randy is a very humble sort. He never brags or boasts. He solicits no special recognition. He puts in long hours and travels great distances when there is an emergency and never complains. He has distinguished himself through his work and has been our go-to guy for major field fixes for 20+ years. That is why I feel he should be considered for “Above and Beyond “. His incredible ingenuity, work ethic, and dedication to Fabcon and its customers is inspiring.”

Congratulations again to all award finalists and thank you to those that participated in the nomination process! The categories for Q2 are Safety and Integrity. Nominations can be made using the Showing the Way Award Nomination Form located on the homepage of SharePoint.
