Sales Engineers - Fabcon Precast

An astonishing mix of vision and execution.

We call them Sales Engineers—they’re the people that facilitate your building project. Your Fabcon Sales Engineer has a broad and deep understanding of how to execute and plan for a building… but possibly their greatest skill is their ability to listen.

Aaron Gordon’s favorite part about being a Sales Engineer? “Helping an owner from a napkin sketch to their dream business,” he says. His narration of family road trips usually goes something like this: “That’s a Fabcon building, and that’s a Fabcon building…” Each of those buildings is home to a business with its own story, and Aaron gets his kicks from helping to create a place for that story to be told.

After just four years with Fabcon, Dave Stanton has risen through the ranks quickly, from Assistant Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer, to Regional Sales Manager. Before joining the Fabcon family, Dave was a general contractor—we must’ve sold him pretty well. The years he spent as a GC have taught him to understand and predict the needs of our customers. Dave is an excellent listener, and like any good GC, he takes in every detail and considers every angle of the project before taking action.
