FABCON is excited to announce the promotion of Pat Krommendyk to Director of Supply Chain. Pat has been with Fabcon since 2016. Prior to joining Fabcon, he held the positions of Director of Purchasing and Director of Materials Program Management at Seagate.
Melissa Lowery has been promoted to the position of Supply Chain Manager for our MN and KS plants. Melissa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics and has been with Fabcon for four years. She has shown leadership and customer focus through Fabcon supplier management as a Senior Buyer and most recently, Commodity Manager.
Joe Hessing has also been promoted to the position of Supply Chain Manager for our PA and OH plants. Joe has been with Fabcon for four years and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management/Marketing. He has shown leadership and customer focus through roles in estimating and supply chain commodity management.
Andy Petrich has been promoted to Scheduling Manager. Andy has been with Fabcon for 15 years; he started in drafting before moving to estimating and then Project Management. Andy has exceeded expectations in all of his various roles at Fabcon.
Amanda Marsh has been promoted to the role of TA Supervisor. In her twelve years at Fabcon, Amanda has done exceptional work as a Team Assistant and as the Corporate Field and Project Management Team Assistant. She is highly respected by the Team Assistant group and the entire PM/Field team.
Melissa Staudinger has been promoted to the role of Associate Corporate Counsel. Melissa started with Fabcon in May 2017 and is a licensed attorney.
Jeff Svihel will be transitioning to the IT Applications Support Analyst position, joining our IT team. Jeff has worked at Fabcon for nearly 15 years, beginning in Production Accounting. Outside of work, Jeff is a self-professed diehard Viking’s fan, and also enjoys camping and watching/coaching his two daughter’s basketball and softball teams.
Fabcon welcomed Scott Price to the Fabcon team as Production Manager in our Ohio plant. He brings with him 7 years of supervisory/leadership experience, as well as experience with heavy equipment and pre-cast operations. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and watching football.
Thomas Long Jr. also joins Fabcon, filling the Receiving/Inventory Control role for our Kansas plant. Tom will be joining the Materials group after a brief start in our Kansas Plant.
